Officially Licensed Metallica Ninja Star Earrings.  

Metallica's Ninja Star was developed by James Hetfield and first appeared on the rear of the 1996 “Load” album sleeve as well as on the compact disc itself.  This has since become the classic icon of the band and was even used again on the Reload CD.  The design is a clever symbol made by combining four letter “M”s off Metallica’s original 1983 logo.
