In the original Star Wars film, TK-421 is the identification number of the stormtrooper guarding the Millennium Falcon when it is captured by the Death Star. Luke Skywalker and Han Solo knock him out and steal his armor to infiltrate the detention block. Because he wasn't at his post, an officer notoriously asks over the commlink, "TK-421, why aren't you at your post?"
