Returns
Q. You sent me the wrong item! Who pays for the return?
A. If you bought a shirt and we sent you a keychain or something similar has happened, we will take care of this at our expense. That includes covering any return costs and sending the correct item. This is usually a very rare occurrence.
Q. You sent me an item but I don't like it. Who pays for the return?
A. In this case, you can return the unused item but there will be a restocking fee. Make sure to send any bags/tags/pieces that were inside the package we sent to you. The restocking fee covers our shipping expense.
More About Returns and Refunds
Our returns policy lasts 30 days from the day your purchase is delivered(hooray for extra time!). If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, drinks. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods. We do not accept returns of underwear(eww!).
Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards, Downloadable software products, Some health and personal care items.
To complete your return, you'll need to contact us via e-mail. We'll need your name, order number, date of purchase and a reason for the return.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item missing it's original packaging and/or tags.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-10 days(depending on bank or card issuer).
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at nicholas@coinbrag.com with your name, order number, date of purchase and a reason for the exchange.
Shipping

If upon our determination, we realize that a mistake was made by us in fulfilling your order, you will receive a full refund including our shipping costs and your return shipping costs. Otherwise, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Since most of our items include free U.S. shipping, a restocking fee equal to our shipping cost would be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. In situations where we were at fault, tracking will be included.
